3. Data Center Operations Support

InfoSoft Systems has extensive experience supporting Application hosting, System Administration, Database and Web server Administration. We have experience managing thousands of users in a production environment. We provide services in Linux, Unix, Windows, and virtual environments. It has experience managing very large databases using Oracle and SQL Server. We manage systems and applications on NMCI, DOD, non DoD, and legacy networks. We currently are moving multiple systems to the DISA and CEDC cloud and data centers.

4. Identity and Access Management

InfoSoft Systems provides Federated Identity Management and Public Key Management Services. We implemented PKI Single Sign-On(SSO) using Oracle Identity Management tools for Navy systems. We were one of the first ones to implement Single Sign-On for NAVSEA HQ and its field activities.

5. Information Assurance and Cyber Security

InfoSoft Systems provides both electronic and physical security solutions. We design and install networks, servers, databases, and applications. We provide Information Assurance and Cyber Security services. We provide Assessment and Authorization(A&A), Risk Management Framework and Continuous Monitoring and auditing services. We provide services in System Certification and Accreditation(C&A) and annual security reviews. We have experience in creating and delivering C&A packages including the C&A Plan, CONOPS, System Security Plan, CM Plans, Test Plans, Mitigation Plans, POAM, COOP, and Contingency Plans. We have experience in addressing STIGS, retina, ACAS and IAVA vulnerabilities and fixing them on servers and applications in eMass. We have been instrumental in receiving several ATOs for DOD Systems. We provide RMF services using eMASS.

6. Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Migration

InfoSoft provides support in Big Data, data warehousing and data migration of legacy systems to ERP or .NET systems. We have established a track record of migrating systems to Oracle databases. We provide data conversion and data staging support.
